A teenager was stabbed on Saturday evening during an argument involving several people in Little Italy.
The 17-year-old victim is now out of danger.
According to information from the Montreal Police Department, the conflict broke out shortly before 9:30 p.m. at the intersection of rue Bélanger and rue Fabre.
On the spot, the emergency services located a teenager injured in the upper body by a stab. No arrests were made immediately.
The suspects fled before police arrived.
The investigation is continuing to shed light on the circumstances of the dispute. The canine unit was dispatched to the scene and investigators are working to collect images from surveillance cameras.
