After two years of absence, the 37th edition of the Lion races between Montbéliard and Belfort took place this Sunday, September 25. A weekend of festivities which accompany for this 2022 edition, the centenary of the Territoire de Belfort. Arrivals take place on the Place de l’Arsenal, opposite the citadel and the Bartholdi Lion. For his return, the Lion hoped to bring together 4,000 participants.
It’s the Ethiopian Getachew Marsresha Kidie wins in 1h00’08 just in front of Samson Amare (same time). The first Frenchman, Corentin Le Roy ranks 10th.
