The Republican is then stopped in his speech, which he delivers online, by Democratic Representative Sheila Jackson Lee.
“I hope the gun is not loaded,” calls out the Democrat.
” I am at home. I can do what I want with my weapons, ”replied the Republican.
The hearing on limited gun control came as lawmakers face calls to tackle soaring gun violence after recent killings in Texas and New York state.
