Lidl has new ambitions in Chenôve

LIDL, new player in the project

LIDL’s stated desire to develop its activity on the Kennedy site, according to their “metropolitan” concept, and of existing businesses to continue their activity in this sector corresponds the expectations of local residents who expressed themselves in favor of maintaining a significant commercial offer proximity during the 1st consultation in the fall of 2020.

For the municipality of Chenôve, this new dynamic and the long-lasting and functional establishment of shops in this mixed real estate program (shops – housing) offers a new complete and attractive pole for the inhabitants and customers from outside.

At the beginning of 2022, a new citizen consultation will be relaunched on the basis of these new development principles to be incorporated into the project. The Chenôve town hall ensures that this new consultation will meet the same requirements as the previous one in terms of information to residents: information mail in letter boxes, exhibition of the main principles of the project on site and at the project house, article in the municipal magazine and on the city’s website.

Proposals and observations may be placed in a register at the Maison du projet, on the website or by mail and email.
