Lhospital fish market/restaurant gets a makeover

From an early age, Julien has been immersed in the world of fishmongers. His father Serge taught him everything and gave him a taste for the profession of fishmonger. Thus, at 12 rue des frères Montgolfier in Lons, it is a family business that offers you the best of the sea. Julien took over his father’s fishmonger’s in 2018 and decided this year to give a new face to this business. already known and recognized.

On the spot, to take away or in catering service

The concept of the Lhospital fish shop is very simple; we do what we want! Everyone can simply come and buy their fish and cook it at home, or enjoy it on the spot cooked a la plancha by Julien. He only works with fresh fish, mainly from the St Jean de Luz auction, and ensures the excellent quality of his products. The catering service is provided by Serge for both small and large events. At Julien Lhospital, the oysters taste of hazelnut, and are accompanied by a delicious white wine (dry of course!). The fish shop is open every lunchtime from Tuesday to Saturday.
