A Lévis man who engaged in acts of exhibitionism in front of minors was arrested last week, the Sûreté du Québec (SQ) announced on Wednesday.
Kevin Desbiens, 26, was arrested on July 10 and appeared at the Quebec courthouse on Tuesday to answer charges of criminal harassment, exhibitionism, indecent act and breach of condition.
According to the SQ, the man allegedly approached and followed minor victims, showing them his genitals while he was driving a GMC cube truck. The investigation tends to show that he could have made other victims in the past.

This is not Desbiens’ first run-in with the law. He was arrested in July 2022 for sexual assault committed against a minor.
