Let’s enjoy the joys of “slurping”! but what is this ?

Among Asians, “slurping” cheerfully while sucking on their noodles and ramen is normal, it is a way of showing that we appreciate our dish, but with us Westerners, it is considered rude. However, according to a very recent Franco-British study, eating loudly makes it possible to better appreciate the taste of food.

To conduct their study, the researchers served 207 Westerners vegetable soups. A first group tasted it in bowls, the second in plates with spoons.
