Les Givrés des Prés ice cream made from happy cows!

Delphine Cheriti wears “Les Givrés des Prés” with her lover Laurent and before that with Jean-Louis Lafitau. Today the farm has more arms and young future partners. Two new faces, a young woman Stella and a young man Marc who are on a sponsorship course. They will become partners in 1 year, which will make life easier for everyone on the farm.

Ice cream is stored at -20 degrees. This year more and more savory dishes at the request of chefs, such as a basil sorbet for example. Good news Ricard ice cream is back by popular demand!

Today 40 flavors of ice cream and sorbets compete in cups and cones. On the farmers’ markets “Les Givrés Des Prés” test flavors such as Mojito, lemon meringue (a killer!!!), stracciatella or even white chocolate. If it works then we will find them in the range. This year some flavors will be missing or produced in very small quantities due to bad weather, such as blueberry or the Roussanne de Monein peach.

This weekend we are busy on the program this Saturday L’Esbariade celebrates music in Boumourt with beer ice cream, country producers’ markets tomorrow evening Friday in Poey-de-Lescar and Mourenx who celebrates music in the Louis Blazy room at the shelter and on Saturday evenings at Serres Castet
