Léon Marchand changed dimension in a few weeks. Dozens of people, friends, relatives, family, were present this Thursday noon at the town hall to attend the presentation of the city’s medal.

The Toulousain, who will skip the European Championships in Rome, will spend several weeks in Toulouse to train with the Dauphins du TOEC before the start of the academic year in the United States.
