In Ris-Orangis, in Essonne, voters came to vote as soon as the offices opened at 8 a.m. this morning. “To be a citizen, to vote, it is important”says a man. “It’s a right and a duty so I think we have to make an effort. Even when it’s like that”says a woman. A security guard has just finished her night’s work. Before going to sleep, she wish at all costs put his ballot in the ballot box. “You have to give your opinion so here it is, I’m happy to give my opinion”she says.
And to each voter his priorities. “Let there be higher wages for little people, among others. And more ecology”reports a man. “The revaluation of pensions which have been blocked for five years, six years, and do more things for establishments which welcome the elderly”says another man.
