It is a grocery store where you can only find local products, often organic, selected from producers in the Pyrénées Orientales. You can find craft beers, local grocery products, organic coffee, charcuterie or ice cream from here. At the stall you will only find local products. A concept of ultra local and healthy eating that highlights the rich Catalan productions.
By coming to the Échoppe, you are not just a simple customer, you become a consumer-actor promoting short circuits.
