“Learn the words of your texts!” : Chimène Badi teased by Jarry after a failure in the “Big Show”

It’s a funny moment to which Jarry was entitled for the very first of his new show, The Big Show, broadcast on France 2 this Saturday, June 11. After leaving TF1, the 44-year-old comedian challenged himself to host an entertainment program on public service. In the exercise, Jarry was helped by several personalities, including Chimène Badi.

A little earlier, the singer had trapped one of her fans, Céline, with the complicity of her husband. The 39-year-old artist posed as the wife of a sick Parisian taxi driver, whom she is forced to replace. Without a license, with no driving experience in Paris, Chimène, well hidden behind sunglasses and a mask, tested Céline to the end without her noticing anything.

It was only once on the set of the show that Jarry approached her to find out his answer to the fake poll he had just launched: “Have you ever had bad experiences during a taxi ride?“Céline obviously mentioned hers, without knowing that she had actually dealt with her favorite singer. Chimène Badi therefore arrived in the room, made up as she was in the hidden camera before discovering herself and revealing her real identity. to his victim. This surprise made Céline burst into tears, very moved by this meeting. But the emotion also won over Chimène.

After hugging Céline and shedding a few tears of happiness, Chimène Badi told the backstage of this experience until she performed Mirror, Celine’s favorite track. The lyrics certainly came naturally but not completely! Julien’s companion, caught off guard and not having sung this title for a long time, had a memory lapse.

Moments after starting, a “Then I don’t know anymore” came out before the words came back as quickly as they left. Impossible for Jarry to act as if nothing had happened in the face of this little hazard of life. he said goodbye to his guest: “Chimene? Learn the lyrics to your lyrics!” he launched, provoking the laughter of the public and those of the main interested party. It is necessary to believe that Jarry’s humor had its small effect: The Big Show on France 2 attracted 1,841,000 viewers, or 11.3% of the audience share, compared to 20.6% for France 3 and 16.1% for TF1.
