The wolf has found himself squarely in the fold. Newly released, the dangerous pedophile André Faivre visited a creamery full of children several times this fall. He also appeared to be in contact with followers of his pedophile “social club”. Very strict release conditions have just been imposed on him.
“ [Je ne peux pas] go nowhere, because there are children everywhere,” André Faivre complained to the Parole Board of Canada. In his eyes, his conditions of release are “inhumane”, even “cruel”.
The 75-year-old man, great leader of a Quebec pedophile network and sentenced to 12 years in prison for multiple assaults, has been making fun of his parole conditions for two years. Apostle of pedophilia, André Faivre considers correctional programs to be “brainwashing”. He also denies being a pedophile.
Despite his sinister past and his high risk of recidivism, André Faivre was automatically released after two thirds of his sentence in September 2022. However, he returned behind bars for a few months after trying to lure a young man in the emergency room.
André Faivre was released again in August 2023 under strict conditions. But like last time, the pedophile deployed “a lot of energy to circumvent the legal framework”. In just a few days, André Faivre was back in detention after having multiplied the pranks on his conditions.
Thus, the authorities discovered numerous “concerning” writings in his room, including notebooks containing telephone numbers of other sex offenders. André Faivre also had photos and wolf collars, a symbol of promoting pedophilia.
Even more worrying: André Faivre continued to hover around the children, going on three occasions to a creamery located in front of a park and near a daycare. However, he is prohibited by the court from being in a place frequented by children.
André Faivre’s movements during his brief return to freedom were “imprecise and vague”, and prevented adequate surveillance, according to the Commission. Indeed, the predator admitted to having frequented two strip bars and an erotic store “known to facilitate indirect communication between certain sex offenders”.
Another disturbing element: upon his return to freedom, André Faivre asked to work again for his company – whose name is redacted – specializing in training and human resources in educational environments. He also admitted to collaborating with another offender in this regard.
According to the Commission, André Faivre’s risk has “significantly increased”. This is why he will now be subject to very strict release conditions. Once his sentence is over – very soon – the predator will be subject to long-term supervision of 10 years. He will then be placed under house arrest for one year without outside privileges.
Among the twenty conditions to be respected, André Faivre must not be in the presence of children or sex workers. He will also be banned from owning a phone, browsing the internet and accessing pornography. Unusually, André Faivre will no longer be able to hold a wolf or clover symbol, or any symbol promoting pedophilia.
