The majority Grenaches here seem swollen with the pulp to better make the well-textured wine feel in the mouth, like a ripe Cavaillon melon under its fleshy relief. It is at the same time delicate, not flashy at all, only provided with a freshness of dawn and a relative lightness of hold. Rosé, a waking dream (5).
