Le Mas des Arômes offers us a menu per week for lunch, after which there is the new menu of absolutely stunning proposals like this starter: Cecina, a truly original blend of Celery / Melissa / Spinach / Rhubarb / Hazelnut. All the proposals for this new menu are signed by the young chef Pedro Charo who arrived from Portugal last September. Le Mas des Arômes takes you on a walk from starter to dessert at noon and in the evening.
