Oyster Bar, Restaurants and Bar, Le Gratt’Huîtres, offers a restaurant based on local and fresh products. The menu is mainly made up of homemade products and changes with the seasons. You can enjoy oysters fresh from the tanks, homemade dishes and desserts, or, more simply, a cold drink on the terrace.
Bouin and its surroundings are full of exceptional oyster farmers. All the restaurant’s oysters are therefore worked and raised in the surrounding area. N°2 or n°3, for a short break with only 6 oysters, or rather per dozen, each tasting will be accompanied by its traditional glass of white wine.
