Two great smiles, outspokenness and a true love of their profession, this is the miracle recipe of Clothilde Saucey and Pierre-Philippe Merlou of the Fournil des Chaouches in Ondres.
A tradition of competition… but not only!
If we remember these two nice prizes awarded to their company for their flagship product, the baguette-tradition, we are inevitably obliged to feel all this passion with which they work in their bakery. What is certain is that we are forced to salivate when we taste all these simple and essential delicacies: special organic bread, homemade pies, snacks are also homemade with a lot of passion… and organization!
Can you imagine the baker who spends his life in front of the oven? At the Fournil des Chaouches, they like to take the time to get to know the gourmets who push the doors of their bakery. Pierre-Philippe will free himself to have a little coffee with you; their four children will come to chat and all that, thanks to an outstanding organization signed Clothilde…
So of course, we rush to taste this award-winning traditional baguette which is both soft and crispy, and we challenge you not to want to taste everything (which is impossible… it’s super good!)
