Thanks to Fanny, oenologist, master blender and granddaughter of a distiller, introduced to distillation by her grandfather and her father, all winegrowers. For a year, everything has been ready to raise the first whiskey at the château, with an old still from 1928, capable of preserving the aromas as much as possible. Visit in the middle of a club of good-natured and kindly macho retirees. But the charismatic young woman gives them a good lesson in know-how and perhaps also good manners…
