Lazarus Heights, Brit Pop in Périgord Noir mode

Lazarus Heights is a Franco-English group with voice and guitar Dick Grisdale, Paul Mouradian on keyboards, Simon Pearson on bass and the excellent drummer Jeff Gauthier. Rock destination guaranteed with Lazarus Heights, all of whose members live near Bars in Dordogne, a small village where Jeff the drummer runs a very musical bistro with his wife Marianne.
The group has just recorded an album, original compositions and two covers signed by Dick who is also at the origin of the name of the group “The heights of Lazarus”, character of the entourage of Jesus in the New Testament …

The members of Lazarus Heights all have a great musical background, and a great habit of the scene.

Jeff Gauthier, the drummer, has an impressive CV (Goldman, Souchon, Voulzy, Paul Person, Calvin Russell…) who arrived later in the formation, he brought a lot of energy and rock color to the quartet.
Lazarus Heights is an inspired group, Dick’s very deep and charismatic voice sometimes has Bowie intonations that they take on stage, like Cure, The Clash, Pink Floyd, but also French titles: Brel, Christophe, Bashung…
