lawyers announce appeal

New twist in the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar. The lawyers of Cédric Jubillar, her husband, announced on Wednesday, November 22, that they would appeal the referral of their client to the Tarn Assize Court for the murder of the 33-year-old nurse.

“We took care to read this indictment order and we obviously decided to appeal it, considering that our client is innocent”declared to AFP Alexandre Martin, one of the three lawyers of the painter-plasterer, in detention since June 2021.

Cedric Jubillar is returned in front of the seats for the murder of his wife Delphine, missing since December 16, 2020, the Toulouse public prosecutor’s office announced on Tuesday. “The order of indictment has been issued. It is impossible at this time to indicate when the date of this case will be set. We must wait to know whether this order will be appealed,” had warned the public prosecutor of the Toulouse Court of Appeal, Franck Rastoul.
