The lawyer opposed to the health pass and the vaccination obligation of caregivers risks a sanction ranging from admonition to radiation.

The defender of Didier Raoult in turn threatened with sanction. The Paris bar opened a disciplinary procedure on Tuesday, November 10, against lawyer Fabrice Di Vizio, franceinfo learned on Wednesday from a source close to the case. The positions taken on social networks by this figure of opposition to the health pass will be part of the elements examined, on the basis of facts which have been transmitted by the ethics committee.
Joined by AFP, the chairman, Olivier Cousi, confirmed the opening of this procedure by the council of the Paris Bar Association. He recalled that this “gives rise to the appointment of an instructor for the case and then to the referral to the formation of judgment” of the Bar Council, which can take sanctions up to the prohibition of practicing, or even striking off. Olivier Cousi did not wish to comment on the substance of the accusations against this media figure who also opposes the vaccination obligation for caregivers.
For his part, Fabrice Di Vizio claims not to have been notified of this procedure, considering that “inadmissible”, while rejoicing. “Finally, they are chasing me! Without ever having heard me before”, he added. According to the lawyer, his virulent statements “are in the crosshairs”.
Fabrice Di Vizio defends several doctors and individuals at the origin of two of the complaints which led to the opening of a judicial investigation, on July 7, 2020, targeting Edouard Philippe, Olivier Véran and Agnès Buzyn, by the Court of Justice of the Republic. The former Minister of Health was indicted in early September for “endangering the lives of others”.
