“L’Awazé” an ephemeral and African restaurant in Saint-Etienne

There are couscous and couscous! Couscous is one of the emblematic dishes of Maghreb cuisine but it is eaten, with its variants, throughout Africa.

“The Awaze”is an ephemeral restaurant where you can feast in a splendid garden, during the Biennale Design (until July 10).

“L’Awazé”, invites renowned chefs and invites you to taste couscous but also to discover a whole host of African specialties, a festive and gourmet menu, with a vegetarian option, inspired by African gastronomy.

The Awazé has set up its kitchens in the former Flore dome, in the François Mitterrand park in St-Etienne, a space that mixes flavours, audiences and disciplines.

The Awazé advocates mixing in all its forms and we like that!
