A command post will be deployed Wednesday morning in Laval by the Sûreté du Québec (SQ) as part of the investigation into the murder of a 28-year-old man earlier this month.
Junior Lemoyne Printemps was shot dead in his vehicle riddled with bullets on May 8 shortly after 1 a.m., when he had just left a family celebration in the Chomedey sector.
Three passengers were in his vehicle, one of whom was seriously injured during the shooting.
The SQ is trying to advance its investigation in this file, which is linked to organized crime and invites the public who has information on this murder to report to the command post.
This will be established in the parking lot of the IGA supermarket on Curé-Labelle Boulevard, near Acadia Street, from 7 a.m., added the SQ.
