A man who was preparing to board a taxi Friday evening in Laval was the target of several shots fired from another car.
The Laval City Police Service (SPL) indicates that it was alerted by a call around 7:25 p.m.
As he was preparing to board a taxi in front of a residence on rue Sicard, in the Auteuil district, a man was allegedly the target of several shots fired from a vehicle passing at the same time.
Neither he nor the taxi driver were injured, specifies the SPL.
Its agents have set up a perimeter and investigators must go to the site to try to understand the circumstances of the event.
It is still unknown at this time whether the man targeted by these shots is collaborating with the police.
