(Montreal) A motorcyclist is in serious condition after an accident on Route 329 in Gore, in the Laurentians, on Friday afternoon.

According to initial information from the Sûreté du Québec (SQ), the motorcyclist swerved as he approached a curve around 3:30 p.m., spokesman Nicolas Scholtus said.
He was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
Route 329 has been closed between Mille Isles Road and Braemer Road.
Collision specialists were dispatched to the scene to establish the causes and circumstances of this accident.
