(Lachute) A man died when his vehicle collided with a moose on Monday evening in Brownsburg-Chatham in the Laurentians.
According to the Sûreté du Québec (SQ), the accident occurred around 6:15 p.m. on Highway 50 at kilometer 246.5.
The driver in his sixties was traveling eastbound when he collided with “a large moose before losing control of his vehicle and ending his race in a ditch on the north side of the highway,” summed up the report. door of the SQ Audrey-Anne Bilodeau.
