There are now 41 women to testify against psychoanalyst Gérard Miller, this February 8, 2024, in the columns of ELLE. Among them, “Thirty gave a detailed account of their meeting, 18 mention acts of rape and sexual assault which allegedly occurred between 1993 and 2020, the others mention attempts” report our colleagues. And without knowing each other, their stories are often close: they attended the shows of Laurent Ruquier and Michel Drucker, in which Gérard Miller was a columnist, before a hypnosis session which went wrong, with the psychoanalyst.
First reaction from Laurent Ruquier
In fact, the testimony of Laurent Ruquier, his great friend, was most anticipated in this affair. And Hugo Manos’ companion reacted, in a certain way, by testifying in turn. He was questioned by the ELLE teams on the case of Ariane, a woman who was interested in the work of Gérard Miller, and who had contacted him by writing him a letter during the year 2001.
This woman evokes “several meetings” with the paf star, including one where she was invited to a brunch organized in the company of Laurent Ruquier. The latter simply assured that he did not remember this meeting and he also declared that he did not wish to answer any further questions.
And Michel Drucker?
As for Michel Drucker, no comment either for the moment. However, the two men have been estranged for more than 20 years now. Indeed, at the time of his dismissal from “Can’t wait for Sunday”Gérard Miller had been called all the names by his boss, for having been very ungrateful in the pages of his latest book, “Minority”… But did the public service superstar know what was going on between the lines?
