The charming 39-year-old candidate, who had previously participated in Koh-Lanta Raja Ampat (Indonesia, 2011) and The New Edition (Malaysia, 2014) agreed to leave because he needed adrenaline in his daily life. The start of 2021 was complicated for him because he lost his mother to whom he was very close, so he needed to change his mind. Laurent Maistret then confided in the psychological impact that the adventure could have had: “The stab wounds in the back hurt. Without forgetting the physical after-effects, at the end of the tests. I had the feet in a very sorry state, I had horns and a piece of skin was gone.“However, if he was offered to leave again, the young dad might well accept the offer.
