It has now been several weeks since Laure Manaudou moved away from the pools to focus on her family life. Still in a relationship with Jérémy Frérot, they form a beautiful blended family with Manon (twelve years old fruit of a former relationship), Lou (six years old) and the youngest born last January that she recently unveiled on social networks.
During a FAQ where she was asked if she intended to expand the family with a fourth child, Florent’s sister denied the information. As far as her daily life is concerned, there are no big plans other than focusing on her children. “Three takes time and a lot of energy. I won’t have four. My job is a stay-at-home mom! Frankly, I find it harder than a sports career. I didn’t expect to so many upheavals. I’m still waiting for the light bulb that will light up above my head, the day when I will have the illumination of what I want to do with my life. But I don’t mind living like that, I have this chance. I’m waiting for them to grow up a bit to go back to sporting events and make me happy. When you’re a mom, you forget yourself and it’s important to think of yourself. This 3rd as a child, it was difficult, a lot of fatigue, we are not supported or understood enough. We want to do our best and when we can’t do it, we are lost” she explained on Instagram.
Although they do not show the face of her little ones, Laure Manaudou sometimes opens the doors of her daily life with her subscribers. This was the case this Wednesday, February 9, 2022. Indeed, the sportswoman shared a snapshot of her husband who swayed on their life as a couple and their son Lou. The latter are mounted on the roof and seem to have the habit of doing this. Besides, that’s good because there was just a beautiful sunset despite the cold which is always there. A father-son moment that completely cracked the champion… and us too at the same time!
