Raising a baby requires dealing with all the unexpected. If Laura and Matthew from Married at first sight had until then done everything at high speed, having a little girl teaches them patience and not necessarily for the best things.
This Friday, April 15, the lovers were not quietly installed in front Mask Singer to see Pierre Palmade and Sylvie Tellier being unmasked. Their daughter Lya, 8 months, being very sick, Laure and Matthieu preferred to go to the emergency room. They spent the evening there:7:50 p.m.: arrival at the pediatric emergency room. 9 p.m.: Kiki 40 with fever and full of vomit. 11 p.m.: we are still waiting… The question is: for how long?“, wrote Laure in Instagram story (see slideshow) to inform her subscribers.
The fans of Laure and Matthieu only had news this Saturday April 16 in the morning. More fear than harm but quite a fright for the little family: “We went at 12:30 a.m. yesterday, Lya’s fever fell this morning. Obviously, she has the Covid which can cause vomiting in infants. Good to know: teething does not cause fever, contrary to popular belief!“The next few days are therefore going to be difficult:”Little Kiki is still very tired but it’s going to be fine, thank you all for your messages.“
Laure and Matthieu contracted Covid-19. The couple, aware that the virus could also affect their little girl, took all the necessary precautions to avoid transmitting it to her. Despite the masks worn at home, the mission was a failure. Parents are staying the course somehow, even if they are not immune to a big change in the coming months to boost the morale of the troops!
A few days ago, Laure told her subscribers that the family could soon move to the South: “With Matthieu, we are thinking about maybe living in the South. We are I think in lack of sun. In any case, as soon as the weather isn’t nice, we go around in circles, we don’t really know what to do. And we both want change and sunshine.“Less than a year after buying their house in Normandy, Laure and Matthieu are already planning to leave. You don’t change a winning team.
