At the dawn of her 40th birthday, Laura Smet was chosen by the magazine Madame Figaro
for its Beauty Special published this Thursday, October 19, 2023. An interview during which the daughter of Johnny Hallyday and Nathalie Baye confided in her beauty secrets, but also her relationship with her own body.
“At 15 or 20, we don’t like ourselves. At 30, things start to get better. From the age of 35, a sort of fulfillment occurs. When you have the chance to live with someone who look with love, that you are the most beautiful in the eyes of your child, that you are soothed, this can be seen on the face”, she notably declared, referring to her other half Raphaël Lancrey-Javal with whom she has been in perfect love for 10 beautiful years!
And regarding the passage of time, Laura Smet also has her opinion. If the latter specified that she was not “against medicine or cosmetic surgery” when it is useful and “gives confidence”the actress still nuanced that she found it a shame to go through the knife at a very young age.

“What a pity !”
For example, the one who is currently holding casting calls as part of the preparation of her film declared: “but when in my casting I spot 18 year old girls who have already been remade, it saddens me. It’s not that it’s ugly, it’s that they look ten times older. What a pity !”
“Make adjustments”at 50 or 60 years old “why not”according to Laura Smet, however “iIt just has to not be excessive. As with everything, by the way”, she concluded. It’s all a question of half measures.
