She is about to celebrate a new decade. On November 15, the beautiful Laura Smet will celebrate her 40th birthday… And one thing is certain, at the dawn of this new era, the actress has never been so luminous!
During an interview given to Madame Figaro
for her Beauty Special published on October 19, 2023, the daughter of the late Johnny Hallyday also spoke about her relationship with her own body: “At 15 or 20, we don’t like ourselves. At 30, things start to get better. From the age of 35, a sort of fulfillment occurs. When you have the chance to live with someone who look with love, that you are the most beautiful in the eyes of your child, that you are soothed, this can be seen on the face”she declared in particular, referring to her other half Raphaël Lancrey-Javal with whom she has been in perfect love for 10 beautiful years!
An interview during which Laura Smet, to our greatest joy, also revealed her secret to having such a luminous complexion. Thus, the latter indicated that since she had stopped smoking six years ago, she had “recovered” her hair, her skin, and a kind of freshness and luminosity that she had lost.

Kubido massage
Another secret of the 39-year-old woman, and not the least: the actress made it known that she was a big fan of Kubido massage. A treatment that she discovered thanks to a certain Sinara Béguin, “a Brazilian who does massages that reoxygenate and tone the skin”, she explained. And to specify that this technique also made it possible to fight against water retention. According to Laura Smet, body massages allow you to “lose two to three kilos in three sessions”.
“It’s totally natural. Plus, she’s someone who touches me a lot because she comes from the favelas of Brazil and she succeeded on her own. I love success stories. She’s my favorite. always go before a photo shoot. It restores confidence”, she clarified.
