Downton Abbey gave birth to a baby! This is the news that leaked this week. Laura Carmichael and Michael C. Foxtwo stars of the series had a child in march 2021. The two lovebirds who have been officially in a relationship since 2016 had until then kept this announcement secret.
It is The Sun who disclosed the information evoking the hidden maternity of the 35-year-old actress through a source close to the couple. “Laura and Michael love being parents and are grateful to have time away from the spotlight to experience those special moments.” she explained. “Laura has taken full measure of her motherhood and now it’s a new thing she knows how to do” The little one, who therefore celebrated his first birthday last March, responds to the name of Luke.
The couple, who therefore rarely appear together, had taken the trouble to pose arm in arm on the occasion of the London premiere of the film, derived from the series, Downton Abbey II: A New Era. The actress appeared in an elegant pink dress from Giambattista Valli with a pair of Louboutin pumps in the same color.
