The Montreal Pop Festival and its director Dan Seligman announced on Wednesday the first names that will be on view next September. Featured artists include Beyries, Laurence-Anne and electronic music pioneer group Tangerine Dream.
Launched in 2002 by music lovers driven by the desire to create a bilingual and unifying cultural festival, POP Montreal will be at its 22e edition in 2023. “Each edition offers an eclectic program of more than 200 multidisciplinary artists, including more than 150 musical artists and more than 50 Quebec musicians,” summarizes the press release, also emphasizing that Pop Montreal is “an integral part of the festival circuit of Montreal and the international musical world”. The festival will take place from September 27 to 1er october.
