At 79 rue des Granges in Besançon, the dishes are as beautiful as they are good. Fresh products, homemade dishes, seasonal with local producers! Clément gives us his recipe for chicken with oyster mushrooms in cream and yellow wine (don’t forget the shallots) and mashed sweet potatoes. A simple and delicious recipe!
We fell in love with this tea room-restaurant (tea can be bought in bulk at Bêtises and Volup’thé) which takes you into a magical world! Time suspended! The decoration is wonderful!
Clément, the chef is one of the two sons of Eglantine, the manager. A family job: Jean-Baptiste the eldest son is in the room and the Meowth dove found 14 years ago in the street, welcomes us to the sound of its cooing!
