Landes pine in a dessert! Dessert on the menu of the week of taste at La Grange restaurant in Bélis

A “Bavarois with flavors of Landes pine, mango and chocolate”. An exquisite dessert that you can enjoy at La Grange de Bélis restaurant with chef Dominique Bargibaux who always dares to highlight amazing flavors. By listening to the program of the day the chef gives you his recipe. At the tasting we are immediately seduced. The pine (essence of pine) is subtle but very present, combined with the mango it reveals itself, paired with the roundness of a speculoos biscuit and a chocolate shell, it’s just divine.
