A “Bavarois with flavors of Landes pine, mango and chocolate”. An exquisite dessert that you can enjoy at La Grange de Bélis restaurant with chef Dominique Bargibaux who always dares to highlight amazing flavors. By listening to the program of the day the chef gives you his recipe. At the tasting we are immediately seduced. The pine (essence of pine) is subtle but very present, combined with the mango it reveals itself, paired with the roundness of a speculoos biscuit and a chocolate shell, it’s just divine.
A dessert from its special week of taste menu which will revolve around Landes pine. At the entrance you will be entitled to a “panna cotta infused with pine needles, roasted pine nuts crisps and homemade smoked salmon” then flat “Smoked beef cheek with needles and pine cones cooked in carbonade with IPA beer from the Brasserie Naturelle des Landes”.
A menu which, the chef assures, will cost you less than 20 euros.
While waiting for the week of taste, are we having a calf’s head?
A few days before Taste Week, go to La Grange for the famous calf’s head with gribiche sauce that the chef masters to perfection. Reservation more than recommended!
