Happy birthday Laetitia Casta! This Wednesday, May 11, 2022, Louis Garrel’s sweetheart celebrates her 44th birthday. An event that she will certainly celebrate with great fanfare with her family. On a daily basis, the main interested party is a versatile artist. After having distinguished herself in modeling, she brilliantly launched herself into the field of the 7ᵉ art.
In addition to her talent, her beauty fascinates! Time seems to have no effect on the happy mother of four. For the JDD in 2019, Laeticia Casta agreed to discuss a taboo subject in her community: cosmetic surgery. Out of the question for her to retouch her face or even her body.
“I am getting older. We lose certain things, but we too often forget that we are acquiring something else: a life experience”, analyzed the actress with philosophy. “I have no judgment on women who seek cosmetic surgery, but I will never take the plunge. Young women should be told that a face moves and that, once you start, you don’t stop”.
“I broke away from fantasies…”
Laetitia Casta regrets that physical appearance constantly takes precedence over everything else. “We are talking here about an image and not a face. We must not confuse beauty and the image of beauty. I quickly wanted to escape from all the patterns linked to beauty. I became detached from the fantasies of the other and I gained space for other adventures”, added the sister of Marie-Ange Casta.
If Marc-Antoine Le Bret’s sister-in-law has learned to detach herself from her image, she is apprehensive – however – of having complexes in the years to come. “I wanted to build my life in such a way that wrinkles didn’t matter. You can suffer from not being watched, you can suffer from being watched too much…”confessed Laetitia Casta and to conclude: “There will be for me, as for all women, a difficult passage, an in-between. I will resist and, after, I will be in something else.”
