It’s a special day for Johnny Hallyday’s loved ones and fans. This Tuesday, December 5, 2023 marks the sixth posthumous anniversary of the icon of French-speaking song. Thus, as tradition dictates since the death of the artist, Laeticia Hallyday did not fail to go to Saint-Barthélemy. And for good reason, it is on this Caribbean island, in the cemetery of Lorient, that the interpreter ofLight the fire decided to rest for eternity.
Candles, flowers, lanterns and of course music… Via her Instagram account, Jade and Joy’s mother shared a video of her paying her respects at Johnny Hallyday’s grave on this very special day. A post captioned as follows by the widow: “6 years already… and we miss you more than words because they will never be strong enough to express this still strong pain of your absence. This evening at the Lorient cemetery with your fans who are there for you, we will watch the sky, there will be a star that will shine brighter than the others… because you are never far away, you watch, you protect us. We love you forever”, she wrote.
Later, still through Instagram, Laeticia Hallyday shared a photo of Johnny Hallyday and her in black and white which she commented as follows: “6 years already… We will miss you forever my love. You are eternally imprinted in our hearts. You are loved forever”.
