Laeticia Hallyday touched in the heart by Agathe Robert, she changed the life of the young artist

If the young Agathe Robert had been told one day that she would record her first single with Warner Music France, in front of Laeticia Hallyday, she would surely not have believed it. Until a few months ago, the 21-year-old pharmacy student, from Le Touquet, sang for fun, she who for ten years has accompanied herself on the guitar. Yet this is what happened several weeks ago, in a renowned recording studio in Paris.

Everything had started thanks to his sister, last August. “This summer, my big sister Claire told me about a contest organized in tribute to Johnny Hallyday, launched by Warner Music France and Laeticia Hallyday. It was enough to send a video in which I covered one of Johnny’s songs“, had confided Agathe Robert to the Berck alarm clock last September. The singer is however not really her idol, she who rather prefers Véronique Sanson or Marc Lavoine.

However, his cover of the song 20 years is a success, she touched Laeticia Hallyday in the heart, as the widow of Taulier will confess to him shortly after in the studio. Spotted by the record company and by Laeticia Hallyday, Agathe Robert won the first prize: singing five songs on the stage of the AccorHotel Arena, during the tribute to the singer on September 14th. “Everything then happened very quickly. And on Tuesday, September 14 at 8:30 p.m., I had the honor of singing 5 tracks on the Bercy stage, opening the evening tribute to Johnny Hallyday“, she added to the Berck alarm clock.

An important evening during which she totally managed her stress and the 10,000 people present, including very prestigious guests (Gad Elmaleh, Florent Pagny, Patrick Bruel…). Warner therefore decided to trust her and let her record her album. Laeticia Hallyday, who produces the music, even came to give her a little surprise and the two women were able to chat. This collaboration quickly gave birth to a first song, If you knewthe release of which is announced for March 25.
