La Taverne and the ABC, two institutions in Metz

Nicolas Tronche is the manager of the two establishmentsat Tavern and the ABC, two institutions in Metz, but not with the same card! the ABC just next to the station gives pride of place to the “bistro” cuisine of traditional brasseries, with burgers and salads of course, but also calf’s head, rabbit, pig’s feet, dishes which we are not used to finding and which delight amateurs.
