La Poule Grasse, a gourmet restaurant on the farm

Within their micro-farm, Boris and Nathalie Audot offer us menus (dishes cooked over a traditional wood fire) made from their production, their picking and products from responsible producers.

A gastronomic table at the farm

It is a step by step in their universe evolving with each service and served in 6 successive plates (single menu at 45 €). This restaurant project has matured for 10 years with the aim of combining nature, conviviality and the pleasure of the table.

Time will do

La Poule Grasse is a long-term project…
Started 10 years ago on the ruins of an old farm, they created their project through perseverance, interaction with their environment and patience.
Over the years, they have taken the time to lay each brick of our project in accordance with their principles: Patience, Nature and Balance.

Our basement conceals an incredible earth to manufacture refractory bricks: “La Terre blanche de Larnage”. It is thanks to this land and their know-how that the Fayol company manufactures world-famous wood ovens: the Le Panyol ovens.

It is hand in hand with this company labeled “living heritage” that they built the central piece of the chef’s kitchen: A huge wood-fired oven with a 180cm base.
