In a Parisian post office, a giant mailbox. This is a real changing room, like in clothing stores, to try on on site, as soon as you receive the package. With a third of packages returned, the service is welcome for e-commerce regulars. “It saves time“, notes a customer.

An ecological approach

As parcel delivery has increased by 25% in five years, La Poste is also part of a new ecological approach. “We recycle customer boxes. If a customer keeps their clothing, they can leave the box, and La Poste takes care of their box“, explains Sandrine Joulié, operations manager at La Poste. Clothing professionals believe that the service is a threat to traders.
