La Grande Presse, a celebration of Quebec ciders, returns for a third edition on October 21 and 22 from around fifteen producers across the province.
Visitors will be able, among other things, to tour the production facilities by observing the pressing of apples live or by visiting the bottling rooms or barrel rooms; and that’s without counting the workshops and cider tastings commented by the producers themselves.
Fans who dream of producing their own cider at home can take advantage of La Grande Presse to buy freshly pressed apple juice from a dozen cider houses.
