This morning, we received Thierry Chalancon and Mathias, leaders of “l’Oiseau sur sa Branche” in Saou.

Thierry and Mathias came to present us with a brand new recipe that they have just created: the Fardée…..

A specialty to discover by Listening to the show HERE or directly at the reopening of “l’Oiseau sur sa Branche” in Saou, on February 5, from Monday to Sunday.

The best we can do is to encourage you to taste it, as “la Fardée” is so excellent….
