La Chouette Pastry in Bordeaux rue Judaïque

The story of this pastry is funny, the two partners met on Twitter in 2016, through the taste of sweets. Beyond the social networks, between this Parisian Xavier Eyl and the Pastry Chef Rodolphe Piednoir, there was also a big ladle of good humor and complicity around the art of pastry. Xavier was in IT, and had fun baking with cabbage dough, most often at home. As for Rodolphe Piednoir from Nantes, he has been a pastry chef for years. From chouquettes to spreads, the idea for the concept germinated. The project to open a business in Bordeaux by offering a range of cabbage and a pastry reinterpreted like Paris-Brest.
They are open Tuesday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Chouette Pâtisserie thinks that pastries are perfect for sharing good times with family and friends. And you ?
