Kusiak, the cousins…Cousin, cousin, Yann Piron and Marianne Maillard, two children from the Basque Country grew up in gastronomy and local products. Coming from a family of cooks, with market gardening grandfathers, “already when we were very young we made “our grubs””. Yann has been making smoked salmon, sardines in oil and tuna in oil in an artisanal way for almost 10 years with his parents.
