It’s taken a long, long time, but Joel Edmundson is finally back in action.

The veteran defenseman has been cleared and can play in Saturday night’s game at the Bell Center against the Seattle Kraken.
Edmundson hasn’t played since last July’s Grand Finals, and he’s spent this season dealing with setbacks, including a lingering back pain that just wouldn’t go away.
But all that is behind him, and Martin St-Louis confirmed his return for Saturday night, without however adding too many details on his use.

Martin St-Louis has also confirmed that forward Laurent Dauphin will not be in uniform for Saturday night’s game.
