Kourtney Kardashian’s healthy recipe to reproduce without moderation

After unveiling her recipe for gluten-free and dairy-free cookies, Kourtney Kardashian recently unveiled the recipe for her vegan waffles. Waffles that do not contain cow’s milk, flour or eggs! A perfect recipe for fans of “gluten free”, to reproduce as soon as possible.

• Ingredients for 4 waffles
> Flaxegg:
– 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
– 2 tablespoons of water

> Waffle dough:
– 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
– 1/2 cup of almond milk
– 2 mashed bananas
– 1 cup of oat flour
– 2 teaspoons baking soda
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 1 cup of walnuts
– 1 or 2 cinnamon sticks cut in half according to your taste
– avocado oil for the waffle maker

• Preperation
– Mix the ground flax seeds with the water, to obtain a “flax egg”, a preparation that replaces the egg and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
– Mix all the ingredients for the waffle batter in a large bowl.
– Whisk vigorously to avoid the appearance of lumps then remove the cinnamon which is only used to give taste
– To stay in the “healthy” mood, bet on avocado oil to cook the waffles in the waffle iron
– Enjoy with maple syrup, fruit or spread according to your tastes
