Koh-Lanta and Orientation: The wildest records of this event

After several weeks of adventure, Koh-Lanta, The Legend coming to an end. They are only four castaways: Claude, Laurent, Phil and Jade – Ugo, Alix and Sam being on the island of the banished. If they all hope to go to the end of the game, only three of them will qualify for the Posts. But before, Tuesday, December 7, 2021, they must face each other during the mythical test of Orientation, which has been in existence since 2003. A look back at the craziest records in this game thanks to our colleagues from TV Magazine.

Francis (Koh-Lanta: Panama, 2004) and Frederick (Koh Lanta : Caramoan, 2008) won the prize for the fastest adventurers in the Orientation, all seasons combined, with an exceptional time of twenty minutes. On the contrary, we then find the record for the longest Orientation with Simon and Maryline in Koh-Lanta: Palawan (2007). After 5h30 of play, the players had to stop at nightfall to resume the next day! Marilyne then managed to qualify in just a few minutes.

Claude Dartois, considered one of the best adventurers in the history of Koh Lanta, is the record holder for victories with no less than twenty-two successes in individual events in his four participations (Koh-Lanta: Vietnam, 2010, Koh-Lanta: the Heroes’ Revenge, 2012, Koh-Lanta: The Island of Heroes, 2020 and Koh-Lanta, The Legend in 2021), including a victory on the posts and … three in the Orientation. Last spring, he was the first to find his dagger after 3:48 hours of research. He therefore undoubtedly holds the record for the greatest number of successes for this event. If Claude has always been a hit with Orientation, this is not the case with Coumba. With its two participations, in Clash of heroes (2010) and Revenge of the Heroes (2012), the candidate lost the test each time.

It remains to be seen if Claude, Laurent, Jade, Phil and one of the three banished will break one of his records. Answer tonight from 9 p.m. on TF1!
